Privacy notice

The Metaspace2045 Report Center, operated by Neo Korea (“we” or the “operator”), processes personal information to receive and review factual reports and supporting evidence concerning Metaspace2045, MTW, and related activities. We process only information reasonably necessary for these purposes and do not make submissions publicly available by default.
1. Purposes of processing
- Receiving, categorizing, reviewing, and identifying duplicate reports
- Contacting reporters and requesting additional information
- Preserving transaction, wallet, token, refund, and supporting evidence records
- Assessing possible legal advice, litigation, investigation, mediation, or dispute response
- Protecting the service from spam, malicious submissions, and technical failures
Information will not be used beyond purposes reasonably related to those stated above without any notice or consent required by applicable law.

3. No email ownership verification
Reports are received immediately without email verification. We do not automatically confirm that the person submitting a report owns the supplied email address. Reporters must provide accurate contact details and must not use another person’s contact information without authority. We may contact a reporter directly to confirm that a communication channel works.
4. Retention
Reports and supporting evidence are normally retained for five years from submission. They may be retained longer while litigation, investigation, mediation, legal review, or another dispute process remains active; where law requires a different period; or where another period has been separately agreed. Information is securely destroyed when its purpose and applicable retention period end.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not normally disclose personal information to third parties. Where the reporter has consented, the law permits or requires disclosure, or a competent authority makes a lawful request, the minimum necessary information may be disclosed to retained lawyers or law firms, courts, investigative authorities, mediation bodies, tax authorities, or similar competent bodies. If a coordinated action or legal representative is selected, relevant recipients, purposes, information, and retention terms will be separately explained where required.
6. Processors and international transfers
Report data and attachments are not currently outsourced for processing or transferred abroad. If hosting, backup, email, or security arrangements later create an outsourcing or international transfer, we will disclose the recipient, country, purpose, information, method, period, and available refusal procedure and complete any process required by law.
7. Sensitive and third-party information
Do not submit identification numbers, passport numbers, account passwords, wallet private keys or seed phrases, full payment-card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for factual review. Redact unrelated phone numbers, addresses, account information, and other third-party details where practical. Never submit a wallet private key or seed phrase.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. The correction and deletion request page verifies the report number, registered email, and report access code. A request may be limited where necessary to protect another person’s rights or comply with a legal retention duty, in which case the reason will be explained. A reporter who has lost an access code may ask the published email address for reissuance, subject to separate identity verification.

9. Right to refuse consent
You may refuse consent. Refusing required processing may prevent online submission. Optional fields may be left blank without preventing a report.
10. Security measures
- Attachments stored outside the public web path
- Restricted administrator access and authentication
- Encrypted transport over HTTPS and protection of sensitive settings
- SHA-256 file hashes and administrative activity records
- Irreversible IP hashing rather than storage of the original address
- One-way hashing of report access codes and time-limited authenticated access sessions
- Rate limiting and honeypot controls against automated abuse
11. Cookies and automatic collection
Essential cookies may be used for security, sessions, language selection, and valid form submission. We do not use advertising cookies or behaviorally targeted advertising. Blocking essential cookies may prevent administrator login or report submission from working correctly.

13. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when laws, the service, or processing practices change. Material changes will be announced through the site before taking effect where appropriate, and the effective date will be displayed.
14. Optional case-notice consent and unsubscribe
Separately from the required privacy consent, reporters may choose whether to receive important notices about case progress, additional evidence requests, legal or procedural information, victim response, and security. Declining this optional consent does not prevent report submission.
Campaign notices are sent individually only to addresses that opted in. Other recipients' addresses are not disclosed. If the same address appears on multiple reports, it may receive only one copy. Addresses on the suppression list are automatically excluded at sending time.
You may withdraw consent and request removal from the mailing list at any time through the email-preferences link included in every campaign notice. You may also provide a reason and optional feedback. Campaign notices will stop after opting out, although essential communication concerning an individual report, protection of rights, or compliance with legal duties may still be sent separately.
