VERIFICATION STANDARD

Verification and operating standards

We distinguish public records from submitted accounts and state both what can be verified and what remains uncertain.

01

Sources are classified by type

Corporate records, exchange notices, project material, press coverage, web captures, and individual reports are not treated as equivalent evidence.

02

Original sources and access dates are recorded

Where possible we record the original URL, publication date, access date, and preservation date. Changing information is identified as a snapshot.

03

Publication does not verify a claim

Articles and project documents may contain claims by their publishers. Inclusion on this site does not establish their accuracy.

04

Verified facts are separated from inference

We do not invent dates, operators, loss totals, or legal liability where official support is absent. Conflicting records are identified.

05

Personal data is minimized

Email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, identifiers, and unrelated third-party information are removed where unnecessary.

06

Corrections remain possible

Evidence-backed correction requests are accepted, with the reason and handling record retained internally.
