Can I report using a nickname?
Yes. Please still provide an accurate email address that can be used for factual follow-up.
Will my report be public?
Your identity and submitted material are not made public without prior consent. Legal review and possible disclosure to authorities follow the privacy notice.
How should I describe several transactions?
List them chronologically and attach transaction records. Later material can be added through the report-status page.
What if I have more than ten files?
Organize related files in a ZIP archive or use the additional-material function after submission.
Does reporting mean I have joined a lawsuit?
No. A report records facts and material; it is not a legal engagement, confirmed participation, or guarantee of an outcome.
Can I correct or delete a report?
Use the correction and deletion request page with your report number, email, and access code. Legal preservation requirements may prevent immediate deletion.
Can I report from outside Korea?
Yes. Provide your nationality and a contact method that remains available to you.
Can ZIP files be previewed online?
No. ZIP archives are not executed or previewed in the browser and are reviewed separately by an administrator.
