REPORTING GUIDE
Before you report: evidence preparation guide
A clear chronology and preserved originals make factual review more accurate and efficient.
01Build a chronology first
- List transactions, promises, communications, and refund requests by date.
- Identify each amount, currency, recipient, exchange, or wallet address.
- Separate facts you experienced directly from information received from others.
02Useful supporting material
- Bank, card, and exchange records and blockchain transaction URLs
- Contracts, receipts, email, chat records, and contemporary notices
- Screenshots of websites, social accounts, or videos together with original URLs
- For recordings, retain the original file and note the date and participants
03Prepare files safely
- Keep originals unchanged and redact personal data only in a separate copy.
- Where possible, include the date, account name, and address bar in screenshots.
- For many files, use descriptive filenames and a structured ZIP archive.
- Never submit passwords, wallet private keys, seed phrases, or full payment-card numbers.
